In 2001, Robert became a landlord when he purchased his first investment property.

Robert’s professional journey commenced in 2002 when he earned his real estate broker’s license, marking the inception of a lifelong commitment to the real estate industry. In 2005, fate brought him into the path of his future wife, Bita, setting the stage for a remarkable joint venture into the world of real estate.

Together, Robert and Bita embarked on a journey of assisting investor and landlord clients in purchasing and selling their properties. Their dynamic partnership thrived, leading them to establish a property management company that would come to oversee the management of more than 100 rental units for their clients. In addition to their client portfolio, Robert and Bita also managed their own rental properties as landlords, accumulating a wealth of hands-on experience in the field.

Throughout his illustrious career, Robert has continuously pursued personal and professional growth by enrolling in numerous courses and staying at the forefront of industry trends. His interests extend beyond real estate sales and property management, encompassing a keen passion for business development.
