Eric Spalvieri

Eric Spalvieri is a highly ambitious paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. In 2018, Eric founded a property management business, where his interest in the legal aspects of the industry flourished. This led him to pursue studies at Sheridan College, where he enrolled in their esteemed Paralegal Program, with a particular focus on their Landlord and Tenant course.

Graduating from Sheridan College’s Paralegal program and obtaining his P1 in 2023, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice.

As a third-generation landlord, Eric possesses a deep understanding of the challenges faced by landlords and is dedicated to advocating for their rights. His firsthand experiences navigating landlord-tenant relationships have provided him with invaluable insights into the needs and expectations of both parties.
